SHIPMENT ADVICE ON D.G TO CHITTAGON

          Meantime, Pls note, if your loading port agent accept any Imo Class  2.1, 
2.2, 2.3 and 6.1 cargo and Gas and Gas Cylinder for Chittagong then they 
must have to show consignees current contacting number on b/l and also they 
have to send Packing list, Invoice and b/l copies showing actual cargo name / technical name 
and also they have to inform their shipper to send msg to 
their consignee in Bangladesh to take Certificate/permission from Explosives 
Department & Environment Deptt.in advance , which is requited by Bangladesh 
Custom and Naval Authority - O/wise Naval ,Custom and Port Authority will 
not allow to discharge the container in Chittagong Port, above is their Strict Order.  
            Your side have to send abv documents to us before sailing feeder vsl from 
Singapore - So, that we can contact with consignee in advance and can serve 
notice to keep ready & arrange necessary permission before arrival vessel in Chittagong.  
            In view of abv, you can send a msg to all the loading port agents that to show u/noted clause on b/l :
  " PERMISSION OF DANGEROUS CARGO WILL ARRANGE BY CONSIGNEE/NOTIFY PARTY AT PORT OF DESTINATION BEFORE ARRIVAL VESSEL AT CHITTAGONG"
  BRAND NEW EMPTY GAS CYLINDER THEN LOADING PORT AGENT HAVE TO SHOW ON B/L " NEW EMPTY GAS CLYNDER AND THERE IS NO GAS INSIDE the GAS CYLINER"
  AND ALSO SHIPPER HAVE TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATE FROM Explosives Department & Environment Deptt.
 That the clyinder is emapty and there is no gas in side the clyiner and the same have to 
send with shipment documents to us.
             O/wise Bangladesh custom , Port and Naval Authroity will demand certificate/permission from local 
Explosives Department & Environment Deptt.
